Prices are per room per night.
Cancellation free of charge up to 5 days before check in date.
In case of no show we charge full reservation amount.
In case of cancellation 5 days or less before check in date we charge amount for one night.
In proceeding with the reservation, you agree to allow Hotel Peristil to collect, use and disclose the personal data provided for internal use (room reservation, hotel accounting and administration)
LIABILITIES OF HOTEL
Customer is responsible for personal belongings and hotel with take good care of belonging if customer wishes to deposit the valuables in front desk safe or store luggage at hotel storage.
All customers have insurance during their stay in hotel
The Hotel is not liable for any losses, damages, costs or expenses that happened outside hotel premises.
The Hotel insures restaurant food is prepared by all required standards and that upon informing on different dietary requirements the kitchen will prepare food accordingly.
In case of allergies, please inform Hotel staff – you can find the list of allergens at the bar.
Customer has the right to file in complaint related to undelivered services for which he paid for. Customer has right no later than 8 working days upon return from trip to send a written complaint to the Hotel on firstname.lastname@example.org or via post to Srebrena vrata d.o.o., Poljana kraljice Jelene 5, 21000 Split. The Hotel is obliged to reply to written complaint within 14 working days.
All potential disputes that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, will become subject to the decision of the Split Court jurisdiction.
